LOT Interview Night

As the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Mentorship Program approaches the conclusion of the current year, another cycle begins. Each year the LOT attracts student applicants from across the lower mainland and this year saw more than 200 students apply representing 8 local post secondary schools.

The interview process includes both phone and in-person sessions which provide applicants the opportunity to both learn more about the LOT program and to connect with other enthusiastic students. Students are questioned on a number of topics including the program pillars of Mentorship, Networking, Volunteerism and Leadership.

The LOT Interview Night and the LOT Program is ultimately made possible with the support of our Sponsor Organizations, Mentors, Volunteers.
