The Vancouver Board of Trade's Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Mentorship Program® involves post-secondary students, recent graduates and mentors from the business world who realize there is more to a successful business career than a post-secondary degree. All are taking part in a thriving program with The Vancouver Board of Trade where they are partnered with a business member as a mentor to help them develop the skills necessary to make them both effective community and business leaders.

As a sponsor, your support of this program ensures the continued success and growth of the British Columbia economy. Upon completing a year with LOT, the students emerge from academia to face the business world prepared with leadership and networking skills not taught in the classroom. With your support and the skills taught in this program, they will gain a head start in the business world.
